One point for location. The rooms are terribly dirty. Everything needs repair. There is dust under the beds, it feels like no one ever cleans there. Old stains on the floors, dirty glasses, mold in the shower. Broken shower stall. Yesterday we changed the number to another one, but it turned out to be exactly the same. I think this is the dirtiest hotel I've been to in a long time

Overall, we were very satisfied, and even if the billing for the additional, short-term booking of two rooms was a bit chaotic, the staff was always very friendly and tried to find a good and correct solution. The booking for brunch was also a bit disorganized, no one knew who to contact, and the email I sent never reached the recipient. After several personal inquiries in the hotel's restaurant, the restaurant manager found a suitable solution for us. The only remark we can make was the room service, which always did this quite late in the afternoon. In any case, we would like to thank all employees for the courteous and friendly service.

Unusual shower, but nice hotel

You have to self check in , but someone is there to help if needed. Room was spacious but be prepared for the shower to be in a cubicle in the room! So remember to shut curtains at windows😀.Toilet was separate! Toiletries provided. Usual tea/coffee was provided. Short walk across bridge to several restaurants and bars. You can walk from station along the river or it’s a short taxi ride. Nice hotel.

Booked this hotel for a trip to the Christmas markets. We came back from the markets we went up to the bar only to be told it was booked for a private function. The bar apparently is not part of the hotel and can be booked for private functions. After getting a taxi back to the hotel we had to leave again as it was only 10:15. Lovely girl at reception tried to see if there was availability in the bistro but there was only space for 3 of us.

Wi-Fi was very good. Breakfast is quite ordinary without a big variety of food. Big room but furnitures outdated. Bathroom is too integrated in the room without any division from the bed area. Main attraction is an old mechanical elevator where you have to jump in as there are no doors and continuously moves
